SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

Shipping Regions

We ship worldwide with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us before ordering.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Window

You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange request.

Condition Requirements

All items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and original packaging included.

⚠️ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Balenciaga Sock Sneakers (due to their form-fitting nature)
  • Balenciaga Slides
  • Crocs
  • All accessories (Belts, etc.)
  • Any item without its original tags or packaging
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage not present at time of shipment

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we get all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Items Back: Once approved, securely package the item(s) and ship them to our facility at:

  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.

REFUND INFORMATION

Refund Timeline & Method

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal Payments: Refunds will be processed to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.

Shipping Cost Refunds

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead. We’ll cover shipping costs for exchanges within the US, but international customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For our global family outside the US:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
