RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange request. All items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and original packaging included.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template provided below to ensure we get all the necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Items Back: Once approved, securely package the item(s) and ship them to our facility at:

    Be sure to include the RMA number clearly on the package.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.

REFUND TIMELINE & METHOD

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal Payments: Refunds will be processed to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

EXCHANGES

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead. We’ll cover shipping costs for exchanges within the US, but international customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

⚠️ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Balenciaga Sock Sneakers (due to their form-fitting nature)
  • Balenciaga Slides
  • Crocs
  • All accessories (Belts, etc.)
  • Any item without its original tags or packaging
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage not present at time of shipment

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For our global family outside the US:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
